Exchange policy

·       Items may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt.

·       Items can be exchanged only if in original and resalable condition, unused, with all tags attached, and original packaging intact accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

·       Items may be exchanged after inspection with another item (subject to product availability) or with a full refund to your original payment method (excluding the shipping cost).

·       Items purchased during a sale, special offer or promotion may only be exchanged at the same purchase price.

·       If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. After inspection, you may choose either a replacement item, or a full refund to your original payment method.

·       While all information is presented in good faith and believed to be correct, some errors may occur. In such events, Villeroy & Boch reserves the right to cancel or reject the order.
